Sexyland offers our 2hr Delivery service in the Melbourne metro, Greater Geelong, Adelaide Metro, and Darwin metro areas from 8am-11pm, 7 days a week (with exceptions for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day).

Once we've assembled your order and handed it to our courier, you'll receive an SMS with all the tracking details.

Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 hours of you receiving your order confirmation email. Once a courier has picked up your order from our store, we'll send a tracking link to your mobile number so you can track your order in real time.
Sometimes, 2hr Delivery orders take a bit longer than 2 hours due to high demand, peak traffic times, or adverse weather conditions. If you have questions about your 2hr Delivery order, please contact one of our Fun Specialists via live chat, or call 1800 885 239.
We get started on the 2hr Delivery process as soon as you place your order, so if you need to adjust or cancel your order, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. For the fastest results, we recommend speaking to us over Live Chat (9am-6pm Monday-Friday), or calling us on 1800 885 239.
If your order hasn't already been dispatched, we can change the delivery address, preferred contact details, and order contents before sending your items to you.
Please note that Sexyland's 2hr Delivery service is designed to offer an incredibly fast turnaround, and if we've already booked a courier to deliver your items, we won't be able to cancel your order. Let us know ASAP if you need a cancellation and we'll beat the clock together!
We'll do everything we can to send as much of your order together as possible. If we can't get everything in one go, we'll ship the rest of your order via Express Post completely free of charge!
Express Post usually takes 3-5 business days, and we'll email your a tracking number once your remaining items are on their way.
All products in your order that are available for immediate delivery with a 2hr courier will be marked with a green box at checkout, and anything that's not available for immediate dispatch will be indicated in a red box. Your order confirmation email will also outline which products are coming and when.
Once your package arrives, you can double-check it's contents with the order summary we'll include with your delivery. It will list all the items that should be included, as well as the store that assembled and dispatched your 2hr Delivery order. Sorry, no. We can only drop off 2hr Delivery orders at a residential or commercial building, not a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
If you're not at home when our courier delivers your package, it will be left in the safest place available. You can also leave helpful delivery notes to guide the courier to the best drop-off spot at your residence. Claims for a refund on the loss or theft of goods via our 2-hour delivery service will not be processed after more than 10 days, from date of purchase.
