FAQ - Ordering Online
GENERAL INQUIRIES
- Use the category drop-downs along the top of the screen to visit product ranges and the items within them.
- View more information on any particular product simply by clicking on it. (Then click on the back arrow in your browser to return to the category page).
- When you are ready to purchase an item click the blue 'Add to Cart' button on a product's page. You can specify a quantity in the next step.
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the trolley icon (top of your screen) to check and update the contents of your shopping cart.
- To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click 'remove' next to that product. You can also order multiples of an item by entering a number in the Qty box (then click 'Update Cart').
- Next you can continue shopping, checkout or go directly to PayPal.
- Once you are ready to finalise your order, proceed to the checkout by clicking the large blue 'Check out' button located on your shopping cart page.
- You will now need to follow the screen prompts in order to continue finalising your order.
- Please fill out all fields and click 'Continue to shipping method' at the bottom of the page. Here you can enter a Gift Card or Discount code (click 'apply') and then continue to payment method.
- On the next page you will be asked for payment.
- Please choose how you would like to pay for your order.
- VISA or Mastercard: Please enter your credit card details as prompted. You will be taken to a secure payment gateway and your credit card will be debited immediately. Credit card details are not stored or accessed by Sexyland.
- Afterpay: Shop now, enjoy it now and pay later! Pay for your sex toy purchases over four simple instalments! Available now! Read more about this exciting payment option!
- Zip: Own it now, pay it later! We now offer Zip Pay for added convenience! Find out more!
- PayPal: Choose this option to be redirected to PayPal's secure payment gateway.
- In-store Gift Voucher: Use this option to print your order and mail it to us with your Sexyland Gift Voucher. Please do so within 5 days of placing your order. Mail to: Internet, Sexyland 1562 Centre Rd, Springvale Vic 3171.
- Once you have selected your method of payment, click 'Continue' and your order will be sent to us. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.
- You may check on the status of your order at any time by emailing us.

- Express delivery: 1 – 3 days + please allow up to 2 business days to process your order prior to dispatch

RETURNS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Please check out these helpful tips to determine if your toy is faulty.
For rechargeable toys:
- Make sure that the toy is fully charged.
- To ensure the toy is charging, make sure the power light is flashing when connected to the charger. (if the light stays on, this means your toy is fully charged)
- Make sure that the power source is on.
- Try different power ports for your charger. (sometimes power may vary across different ports)
- Hold the power button for about 3-5 seconds for it to turn on.
- Make sure that the travel lock is off (if your toy comes with this) usually you need to hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for about 3-5 seconds to disable/enable the travel lock.
For battery toys:
- Make sure you have inserted the batteries correctly - this is the most common cause of malfunction.
- Make sure that you are using the correct batteries.
- Make sure the cap is tightly closed! (Especially for waterproof products)
- Make sure to try new batteries.
-Hold the power button for about 3-5 seconds for it to turn on.
-Check battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress - extend them a little.
-Check contacts for corrosion a greenish colour on the metal of the battery contact.

Please note: Should the product prove to be defective, Sexyland Australia will, on proof of purchase, repair, replace or refund the purchased amount in full.
