Tracking, Changing & Cancelling Orders
2hr Delivery: Once we’ve assembled your order and handed it to our courier, you’ll receive an SMS with all the tracking details.
Haven’t received your SMS? Live Chat with a Fun Specialist or call 1800 885 239 to track your order.
Standard and Express Post: Once Sexyland has received your order and shipped it, we’ll send you an email with all the tracking details you need. You can check on your order status via Live Chat, or by calling 1800 885 239 any time from 9am–midnight, 7 days a week.
Store Pick-Up: We will contact you within 48 hours of your order confirmation email. Remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation email (printed or on a phone) and ID with you when you pick up your order.
If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, you can change your order, contact details, and the delivery address by getting in touch with a Fun Specialist and telling us what details you’d like to adjust.
